Regarding application of logo certification in OEM Business, there are two types
of application. One is that, OEM purchaser applies for the logo certification.
And another is that, OEM supplier applies for it on behalf of OEM purchaser and
its result is forwarded to OEM purchaser, which is so called “Application by proxy”.

case where the product carries both companies’ brands of a sales company and a
manufacture, the application is not recognized as an OEM application. In this
case the manufacture conducts the application as normal. |
