There were two kinds of standard, Japan Camera Industrial Standards (JCIS) and Digital Camera Graphical Symbol (DSCSG) which were enacted by the Japan Camera Industry Association (JCIA) and transferred to the Camera and Imaging Products Association (CIPA). JCIS was withdrawn on June 9, 2020, and DSCSG is the only JCIA standard managed by CIPA.
These are the guidelines that the former JCIA DSC Committee created. Only the following guideline exists.
DSCSC002: 1999 Digital Camera Graphical Symbol (established in July 1999)
* If you would like to obtain a DSCSC, please contact the CIPA Secretariat.
Japan Camera Industrial Standards (JCIS) were revised by the Camera and Imaging Products Association (CIPA), some of them were newly established as CIPA standards, or CIPA technical reports. Japan Camera Industrial Standards (JCIS) were withdrawn in 2020. Click here for details. (Available only in Japanese.)
