3: Make a reservation for a logo certification |

| 1.
Make a reservation for logo certification on the Logo Certification Organization
which you chose by using an access ID, CD-KEY, and agreement No. (for both CIPA
members and non-members). |

| STEP
4: Receive a logo certification and publish the relevant product on the CIPA website |
|
| 1.
The Logo Certification Organization sends an application form and a bill for
logo certification (for both CIPA members and non-members). |
|

2.
File an application with the Logo Certification Organization with the documents
required and the results of a self-test conducted on the relevant product by using
aforesaid test tool, and pay the prescribed fee (for both CIPA members and non-members).
* See the e-mail notifying the receipt of an application with respect to documents
necessary for application.
* For new application: JPY 300,000 (fee including consumption tax: JPY 315,000) |

| 3.
The Logo Certification Organization carries out the analysis and verification
of the test results sent by an applicant, and recognizes products that conform
to the CIPA standard DC-001-2003 as acceptable products, and notifies the applicant
of such (issuance of a notification). |

| 4.
After receiving a notification, the applicant may use the logo. |
|
|
| 5.
After that, CIPA will send a PictBridge logo certification and publish the relevant
product in the "Certified Model Listing" on the CIPA website (the applicant
may choose to publish or not to publish the product) after the date of publication
designated by the applicant. In this manner, the indication of a PictBridge logo
is permitted only for products that have been granted a logo certification. Use
of a PictBridge logo shall comply with the "Mark and Logotype (PictBridge
Mark/Logotype Use Regulations)," which is one of the related documents downloaded
from the CIPA website. (PictBridge is a trademark.) |

6.
In addition, on the premise of the publication on the "Certified Model Listing,"
the applicant may place its own logo and the link to its own website on "Manufacturers
supporting PictBridge". If you wish to place such information, send the
following information to the CIPA Secretariat by e-mail.
(1) URL to be linked
For relevant product category, one URL for a Japanese site and one for an English
site (the same URL for both Japanese and English sites is also acceptable), which
will not have to be changed in the future in principle.
(2) Company logo
Either a GIF image data (without designing a transparent color) or data in Illustrator
EPS format (RGB) with a margin setting of which the maximum width is within 196
pixels and the maximum height is within 75 pixels (maximum size including prescribed
margin) on the assumption that the maximum width is larger than 130 pixels and
the maximum height is higher than 55 pixels (maximum size of the logo part). |

second and later logo certification, the process mentioned in "STEP 3: Make
a reservation for a logo certification STEP 4: Receive a logo certification and
publish the relevant product on the CIPA website" above will be repeated. |
