DSC International Standardization Committee has been established on December 19, 2000 as the ninth committee in JCIA dedicated to international standardization about DSC and related technical issues.
(1)
To discuss policies and courses on standards such as ISO, IEC, JIS and other industrial standards, and promotion of the policies.
(2)
To support activities of JCIA as secretariat for Japan National Committee on ISO/TC42/WG18, and to make plans for International Standardization Meetings.
